Twitter‘s PR rep Sean Garrett tells TechCrunch that its photo hosting service is operational for everyone, but not from your mobile device (yet).

Media intelligence company VMS has announced a partnership with Media Monitors Pty Ltd, a media intelligence company in the Asia-Pacific region. Media Monitors will provide VMS North America clients with content from the region, including Australia, New Zealand, and China.
