Identity theft, which topped the Federal Trade Commission‘s list for the 11th straight year. Out of more than 1.3 million complaints lodged with the FTC in 2010, 19 percent, or 250,854, were about ID theft.
Rounding out the top three were debt collection complaints with 11 percent and Internet service issues with 5 percent.
