Description

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business at Brittany Village Apartments in Saint Joseph.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize paperwork.
  2. Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects.
  3. Handle special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
  4. Show apartments, process applications, and perform other leasing activities.
  5. Assist with rent collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivables.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management.
  2. Experience with Yardi and CRM is highly preferred.
  3. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance.
  4. Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with at least basic skills; intermediate level preferred.
