Description:

CTG is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong proficiency in Vue.js and UI development using Figma designs, working within a Scrum development team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interface components and reusable modules using Vue.js

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform Figma designs into functional and reusable components

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Utilize Git and GitLab for version control and collaborative development

• Implement and manage UI components using Storybook for consistent development standards

• Debug and solve complex technical problems to ensure seamless user experiences

• Participate in agile development processes, including code reviews and sprint planning

• Contribute to the development and execution of UI unit tests, promoting test-driven development practices

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Vue.js and related technologies (Vuetify, Vite, Pinia, Composition API, etc.)

• Experience developing applications using Typescript

• Solid understanding of MVC and MVVM architectural patterns

• Strong proficiency with Git and GitLab (including CI/CD)

• Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive, functional applications

• Hands-on experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Experience using Storybook for building and sharing reusable Vue.js components

• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on optimizing performance and user experience

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Candidates with an Associate’s degree will be considered if they possess an additional 3-5 years of relevant experience

Experience:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in frontend development

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, Python, C++, Java, MATLAB

• Experience with microservices and GraphQL API definition

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for frontend applications

• Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Playwright or Cypress

• Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL

Travel Requirements:

• 0-25% Domestic and International (low likelihood, project-dependent)
