Token Metrics is seeking a talented Video Editor and Animator to produce engaging videos that align with our project goals. Your role involves arranging, assembling, and processing recorded and stock footage to create dynamic content that expands our market reach and increases viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Video Production:
  2. Create high-quality videos and short clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
  3. Edit footage to ensure smooth transitions and organize video files.
  4. Export videos optimized for mobile and web distribution.
  1. Editing Process:
  2. Review scripts and raw footage to create shot lists.
  3. Trim, sequence footage, and add music, graphics, and effects.
  4. Produce rough and final cuts, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth flow.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders and implement best practices in editing.
  1. Channel Growth:
  2. Develop strategies to attract and retain subscribers on Token Metrics' YouTube channel.

Required Competencies

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and experience with other editing tools like Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Final Cut, Edius, Photoshop, Lightroom.
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the crypto or trading industry is preferred.
  • Script Writing: Strong skills for engaging video content.
  • Ideal Candidate: Proven work experience with a strong portfolio, knowledge of timing, effects, storytelling, and digital trends. Organizational and problem-solving skills are essential. A BS degree in related fields and a passion for crypto are preferred.
