Resource Informatics Group is hiring: Senior Web Developer in Irving

Overseeing UX / UI designs to ensure design decisions are grounded in user experience and adhere to agency-wide design standards and industry best practices.

Translating research into: user stories, requirements, flows, wireframes, and prototypes; collaborating on the future product roadmap.

Employing user testing and outreach to ensure products meet the needs of end users, in collaboration with partners.

Partnering with: the product team and other key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on design solutions and rationales; collaborating with internal and external teams of product designers, developers, and product managers.

Minimum Requirements:

2. Years Required / Preferred Experience
   1. 8 Required Experience in software product development, digital design, UX / UI or a related field
   2. 8 Required Designing mockups and / or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
   3. 8 Required A portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism
   4. 8 Required Experience conducting user and usability research
   5. 5 Required Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
   6. 5 Required Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
   7. 4 Required Direct experience leading large-scale UX / UI efforts
   8. 4 Required Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
   9. 3 Required Experience ensuring designs and websites conform to federal accessibility guidelines
   10. 3 Preferred Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
   11. 2 Preferred Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
