Content Design Manager The Content Design Manager will partner with a cross-functional team and will effectively prioritize work to align the content strategy with the overall product vision and roadmap for the customer and associate digital channels. This role will also be responsible for managing and executing the delivery of our content management system, migrating from the old on-prem platform to the new CMS in the cloud. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Define and execute an overall content strategy across our digital channels to create an intuitive, self-service solution for our customers. Own and manage the implementation of our content management system, including content modeling, planning, execution, and migration. Partner with UI/UX designers, digital product, and technology teams to build delightful user experiences and shape the product roadmap. Manage content types focused on products targeted at internal and external users (e.g., product content, UI/UX content, help text, customer notifications, support). Define the tone of voice for customer content to ensure effective communication that resonates with our customer base. Create and advocate for approachable language that communicates our mission and products externally. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build or iterate on new features and products. Engage throughout the product development process to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency. Develop frameworks, guidelines, audits, and processes to manage and improve product content across digital channels. Analyze user research and customer feedback to identify successes and frustrations, aiming to enhance the product and customer experience. Ensure high-quality content focusing on simplicity, education, usability, and delightfulness. Understand the market and niche landscape to maintain competitiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Content Design, Strategy, and UX Writing. 4+ years of professional copywriting and editing experience. Excellent English language skills, including grammar and style. Ability to simplify complex financial product and service content for customers. Proficient in content management tools (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, Wix). Proven ability to handle complex subject matter and define, track, and report on content metrics. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers. Familiarity with working with compliance and legal teams during content development. A portfolio of writing samples and past work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
