Token Metrics is seeking a dynamic Senior UI/UX Engineer responsible for designing the UI and UX of our digital assets. The role involves optimizing online user experiences for usability, usefulness, and visual appeal.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative UI/UX solutions, staying current with industry trends, and building engaging front-end experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Design and User Experience: Create visually appealing, user-centric designs; develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; conduct user research and usability testing.
2. Front-End Development: Implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; work with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js; collaborate with back-end developers for API integration.
3. Performance and Compatibility: Ensure web performance across devices and browsers; resolve compatibility issues; optimize for speed and scalability.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders; participate in reviews and provide feedback; communicate ideas effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in UX, UI, visual interaction, and graphic design; experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with React, Angular, Vue.js; proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience in web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
