Job Overview

Provide phone support to Sales Agents by delivering high-quality service and applicable sales solutions. Approach every interaction with a growth mindset, treating each Sales Agent with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help. Be an authority on Sales Agent tools, products, features, service issues, systems, and content to assist Agents in completing sales transactions, content navigation, and member applications.

Responsibilities

  1. Complete training to stay current on content, systems, and products, and to maintain proficiency and alignment with company values and industry guidelines.
  2. Partner with stakeholders including Internal and Field Sales Agents, Sales Leadership, Operations, and Tier 2 Partners to ensure a quality experience.
  3. Proactively promote self-service tools to deepen Agent engagement by offering tips, updates, and best practices.
  4. Document interactions clearly and accurately in various systems.
  5. Meet or exceed performance goals regularly.
  6. Engage in career development resources proactively.
  7. Work in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic environment with regular, punctual attendance.
  8. Research and resolve Sales Agent questions related to: Sales Tools, Product Content, Member Needs, Medicaid/Medicare verification, Application Processing, On-boarding, and Certification, and Commission Inquiries.

Qualifications

  • At least 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a production environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • PC navigation skills.
  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 9:00 pm, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center, sales, healthcare, or insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of Medicare.
  • Experience navigating a computer while on the phone.
