UI Tech Lead (ReactJS)

Cognizant is looking for a Sr React Developer who effectively navigates diverse perspectives and promotes an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop React-based UI programs, implementing modern UI principles.
• Utilize DevOps/CI-CD principles for UI deployment, engaging with stakeholders and team members using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with React.js Framework, JEST Unit Testing.
• Manage application state using Redux, Context API, React Hooks, Thunk, and Saga.
• Work with front-end tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn.
• Understand GIT Hooks, MR processes, execute test cases, and implement code coverage tools.
• Apply principles of componentization, reusability, props, and state management.
• Implement accessibility standards and Web Standards such as 508 Compliance.
• Automate end-to-end testing using Test Café or similar frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in JavaScript/ES6 and React.js.
• Experience styling components with CSS Modules/SASS.
• Proficiency with front-end tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn.
• Expertise in application state management with React.js/Redux/Thunk/Saga.
• Knowledge of Context API and React Hooks.
