Torch Technologies is seeking a talented and dedicated Video Production Assistant to join our Advanced Visualization Team. This individual will collaborate closely with our video editor to create visually engaging content for both internal and external video projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of animations and graphics, as well as providing on-set support during video shoots. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Video Editor to develop creative and visually appealing animations and graphic designs for video projects.
• Assist in designing and creating motion graphics, title sequences, and other visual elements for video content.
• Participate in pre-production planning, including storyboarding and concept development.
• Provide on-set support during video shoots, including setting up and operating audio and video equipment.
• Assist with file management, organization, and archiving of video assets.
• Ensure consistency in the visual style and branding across all video projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools, and proactively suggest improvements and new ideas.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as needed or assigned.
• Degree or relevant experience in animation, graphic design, video production, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing animation and graphic design skills for video projects.
• Experience or a willingness to learn audio and video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changes in project scope and priorities.
