As a
Senior Technical Content Developer, D&M Data and Processes
at Autodesk, you will play a crucial role in the Content Strategy & Experience team within Customer Technical Success (CTS). You will ensure high-quality product expertise is delivered to customers through impactful content experiences, focusing on Autodesk Design & Manufacturing (D&M) Data and Processes digital support. You will work with a global team of content creators to design integrated omni-channel content plans and focus on continuous content improvements to drive customer success. Your role involves orchestrating content development for customers and partners, with a clear focus on D&M Data and Processes. Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, utilize customer and product insights to create audience-focused content plans that enhance the digital support experience across D&M solutions, managing the entire content lifecycle and ensuring seamless integration for new products. Leverage data-driven insights and product expertise to optimize content for increased consumption and findability via digital channels, including SEO and Large Language Models (LLM), ensuring accuracy and ease of use. Monitor the effectiveness of technical content and provide actionable recommendations. Guide and train CTS staff on best practices for content creation, emphasizing efficiency and quality. Represent CTS at industry events, building trust and authority through clear communication and delivering impactful outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and content strategies, promoting a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing. Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of the D&M industry and expertise in Autodesk Fusion & Vault; experience with Fusion Manage, Upchain, and Fusion Teams is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in creating and managing audience-focused content, analyzing audiences, and handling the full content lifecycle, including technical writing and editing. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate strategic plans into clear tasks, prioritize effectively, and simplify complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across various levels and locations. Understanding of customer support operations, knowledge management, and self-service strategies. Familiarity with CMS, authoring tools, SEO, and LLMs. Experience in training staff on content creation best practices is advantageous. About Autodesk

Base salary ranges from $86,500 to $149,270 for U.S. roles, depending on experience and location. Compensation includes bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.
