Range and benefits are location-specific: US: Hiring Range in USD from $84,000 to $178,100 per year, with potential bonuses and equity. Applicants are typically placed within this range based on these factors and internal equity. Responsibilities

Innovate, design, and implement new Agent UX features using modern web development tools. Write automated unit and acceptance tests, advocating TDD and ATDD best practices. Lead and participate in design and code reviews. Mentor other team members. Collaborate with other Scrum teams on cross-team features. Introduce tools and processes to enhance product quality, performance, and team productivity. Become a product expert to support both internal and external users. Experience

BS/MS in a technical engineering discipline. At least 4 years of professional software development experience. Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming with languages like Java, C#, C++, or TypeScript. Extensive experience with modern web development frameworks such as React, Angular, Knockout, Vue, along with CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript. Experience with Test Driven Development, including mocking and Dependency Injection. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage projects through requirements gathering, detailed design, and planning.
