Design and implement AEM-based web solutions, components, templates, and workflows. Develop custom AEM components using Sling, JCR, OSGi, and HTL. Build and maintain scalable back-end solutions using Java, including integration with external APIs and third-party services. Leverage AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) capabilities for continuous delivery and scalable architecture. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and performance optimization. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshoot complex AEM issues. Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement in development standards and processes. Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on AEM (6.5 and AEMaaCS). Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly). Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps best practices. Experience with AEM Cloud Manager, Dispatcher configurations, and AEMaaCS deployment workflows. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party system integration.
