RF Applications Engineer

Kelly Engineering, in partnership with our customer, is seeking an RF Applications Engineer to support customer-facing technical solutions in RF/microwave interconnect systems. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions across military, aerospace, wireless communications, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business development teams to drive design wins and revenue growth
• Interface with customers to identify needs and recommend solutions
• Provide on-site technical support and training
• Assist in quoting, cost analysis, and product configuration
• Support marketing and documentation efforts including technical papers and data sheets
• Travel: 25–40%

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role
• Knowledge of RF/microwave systems, including transmission lines and impedance matching
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
