DOM -DOIT is seeking an experienced Drupal developer to join its Digital Experience (DX) team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Drupal websites, as well as creating and integrating Qualtrics forms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily design, development, and maintenance of a suite of citizen-facing websites that provide critical services to the citizens of Iowa, supporting state-level initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with the DX and Qualtrics teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to achieve strategic goals and leverage digital assets. Additional responsibilities include advancing initiatives such as accessibility remediation, search enhancement, readability improvements, customer experience analytics, and chatbot technology. Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience with Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, and adaptive/responsive web design 5+ years of experience with GIT, Figma, Acquia, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and developing/monitoring multiple projects Experience designing and building surveys with Qualtrics or similar tools, including integrations Preferred: Google Analytics experience Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and review site updates Test and ensure website features function across all devices, browsers, and environments Support Drupal applications via Acquia and plan Drupal upgrades Migrate or archive website content, forms, and data Develop custom themes and manage user access and permissions Implement core, module, and security updates Support Qualtrics platform, including survey design, dashboards, and reporting Collaborate on survey and portal design, and establish customer experience analytics Train users and content editors, and integrate third-party technologies Remediate accessibility and readability to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Additional Details
