This position requires local candidates with at least 3 years of lead experience, including code review, mentoring, and assisting junior developers.

Must Have Skills:

• ReactJS (2-5 years)
• React Hooks (2-5 years)
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript (2-5 years)
• Node.js (2-5 years)
• Core Java (at least 1 year)
• MongoDB (at least 1 year)

Additional Requirements:

• Experience translating wireframes or design mocks into responsive interfaces
• Designing reusable, scalable component libraries
• Profiling React apps for optimization
• Writing unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Implementing secure user authentication and role-based access control
• Integrating React front-end with Node.js APIs
• Understanding Node.js event loops, clustering, and basic DevOps
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, review PRs, mentor, and maintain code quality
