Must-have competencies:

Java (core Java with mandatory experience in Servlets, Filters), JS, JQuery, HTML5, CSS

Angular.JS 1.5 or above

Microservices, Spring Boot, app memory management, multithreading, networking & security

Experience in hybrid apps, native app design and development for Android and iOS

Familiarity with OAuth

Experience leading small teams

Understanding of software design patterns such as MVC, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, Adapter

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Good team player with client interfacing skills
