As a Senior Web Development Engineer, you will be a key member responsible for architecting and developing web-based, client-facing solutions for our Alumni Platform. You will work with teams in multiple geographic regions to improve our current front-end designs. You will also implement new features and functionalities and must be a team player who can unite everyone. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and deploy responsive, accessible, and highly modular code. Refactor, upgrade, and simplify existing systems for easy maintenance. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business owners to provide optimal solutions. Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios. Display craftsmanship and attention to detail. Stay updated with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in tech communities, and mentor team members. Encourage innovation, implement cutting-edge technologies, promote inclusion, outside-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on coding and software design with front-end technologies. 5+ years of professional experience with HTML, CSS/Sass/Less, and designing/consuming RESTful services. 2+ years of experience with testing frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, Sinon, Chai, etc. 1+ years of experience with Webpack/Rollup and Yarn (build automation, modularization).
