Refactor Games is hiring: Senior Tech Designer – 3D UI Interfaces (Unreal Engine

We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5 . We’re looking for a Senior Technical Designer who can own the visual interaction layer between the player and the pitch—especially in high-stakes moments like Free Kicks, Goal Kicks, and Penalties. This role focuses on building real-time, 3D user interfaces that blend diegetic input controls, camera framing, and gameplay systems. You’ll prototype, design, and tune the user-facing layers of our set piece systems to feel intuitive, tactile, and deeply responsive.
