Library Collections Apprentice (Part-Time, Temporary)
San Diego Natural History Museum
The Library Collections Apprentice will work with the Director of Research Library and Archives on weeding the library collection: identifying out-of-scope materials, deaccessioning, and overseeing a large-scale shelf migration. Apprentice may oversee volunteers to help carry out some of these tasks. Apprentice will also be expected to create a final report or presentation on their work.
Hours: Up to 250 hours total. Flexible schedule. Some remote work may be possible.
Pay: $18/hr
