Go High Level Web Developer - Virtual Assistant full time

We are looking for a High Level (GHL) Web Developer / Virtual Assistant (VA) to create, design, and optimize visually appealing and high-converting websites and landing pages using the Go High Level (GHL) platform. This role involves gathering client requirements, setting up and customizing GHL websites, integrating automation features, and ensuring top-tier design quality.

The ideal candidate has experience working with GHL’s drag-and-drop website builder or any drag and drop builder, understands UX/UI design principles, and has a strong grasp of mobile responsiveness, SEO optimization, and CRM automation.

  • Gather client requirements via onboarding forms and consultation calls.
  • Create new High Level sub-accounts and configure domains, SSL settings, and branding assets.
  • Upload and organize client-provided media (logos, images, videos, branding materials).
  • Build core website structures, including:
    • Homepage
    • About Us Page
    • Services / Products Page
    • Contact Page
    • Additional custom pages as requested
  • Use GHL’s drag-and-drop builder to design sleek, modern, and high-converting pages.
  • Implement branding elements, ensuring consistency in colors, fonts, and layout.
  • Create visually engaging and user-friendly designs that align with the client’s brand identity.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast page load speeds for an optimal user experience.
  • Optimize page layout for clarity, readability, and conversion optimization.
  • Proper H1, H2, and structured content formatting.
  • Image alt text and placement for SEO.
  • Internal linking structure for better navigation.
  • Ensure fast-loading pages by optimizing images and reducing unnecessary elements.
  • Configure Google Analytics and tracking codes as needed.
  • Set up lead capture forms and configure automated email/SMS follow-ups.
  • Ensure form submissions redirect to customized Thank You Pages for better user experience.
  • Integrate payment processing systems like Stripe for order forms and checkout pages.
  • Connect CRM automations for lead nurturing sequences and follow-ups.
  • Test all interactive elements (buttons, links, CTAs, lead forms) to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct full website testing before launch:
    • Check for broken links, form submissions, and automations.
    • Ensure proper mobile display and responsiveness.
    • Verify branding consistency and page formatting.
  • Provide clients with a preview link and collect feedback.
  • Allow one round of revisions (additional revisions may incur extra fees).
  • Finalize and launch the approved website, ensuring all DNS settings are properly configured.
  • Provide clients with a Website Walkthrough Guide, covering:
    • How to log in and make basic updates.
    • How to request support and maintenance.
    • How to use the High Level CRM for lead tracking and automation.
  • Offer post-launch support (30 days for minor fixes).
  • Manage client update requests via High Level’s ticketing system.
  • Perform regular security and performance checks.
  • Offer SEO and content update services as upsells.
  • Ensure all sites remain fully responsive and optimized for mobile.
