Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze ECM requirements.
2. Work with the ECM data model and perform data mapping and integration.
3. Design and implement workflows using the PMF (Process Management Framework) module of OFSAA.
4. Develop and manage cases triggered by third-party alerts.
5. Perform coding using Java, HTML, JS, JQuery, and PL/SQL on Oracle DB.
6. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Techno-Functional expertise in OFSAA ECM with strong knowledge of the ECM data model.
2. Hands-on experience in OFSAA OJET development.
3. Proven expertise in developing workflows using the PMF module.
4. Strong experience in creating and managing cases from third-party alerts.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in banking or financial services domain.
2. Familiarity with Oracle Financial Services AML, KYC, or related products.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
