Who You Are:
Teton Ridge is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Production Technician to join our dynamic team. Specializing in Xpression software and live broadcast operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining studio cameras, lighting, graphics, audio equipment, and control room systems. This role is essential in delivering high-quality studio and remote productions, supporting everything from setup and calibration to live execution and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:
- Operate and maintain studio cameras, lighting, graphics and/or sound equipment.
- Set up and strike studio sets and equipment before and after studio and remote productions.
- Perform technical checks and calibrations of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate control room equipment, including video switchers, audio mixers, replay, and/or graphics systems.
- Follow production scripts and directions from the director to execute live broadcasts or recordings.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Ensuring equipment is in good working order and properly maintained
- Assist with the setup and operation of remote broadcasts and recordings.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio and control room environment.
- Collaborate with other production team members, including producers, directors, and talent.
- Provide technical support to other production personnel.
- Provide Supplemental Training and Support to new operators
- Travel based on remote production needs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Advanced knowledge of Xpression software is required.
- Previous experience in television studio production and control room operations.
- Advanced understanding of live broadcasting and recording procedures.
- Proficiency with video and audio equipment, including cameras, microphones, switchers, and mixers; intermediate knowledge of ROSS equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Western Sports is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- May be required to climb ladders and use motorized lifts.
- May be required to work outside in unfavorable or harsh weather conditions.
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule will vary based on production needs.
