Responsibilities
Build products for large-volume, high-quality creator content targeting brand clients, driving the evolution of UGC (User Generated Content) in brand advertising scenarios, continuously increasing client budgets, and being accountable for the revenue of brand advertising.
Design product workflows for content submissions and gameplay, including creator recruitment, reward distribution, optimizing content submission experience, and innovative gameplay, with accountability for creator experience metrics.
Collaborate with algorithms to improve UGC content quality and traffic effectiveness by optimizing content pricing and distribution strategies, with accountability for product performance.
Work with global operations and sales to understand the brand advertising ecosystem, identify advertiser needs, propose creator content-related advertising solutions, and develop long-term product strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree.
3+ years of product experience in Brand Ads or Creator Platforms.
Experience in creator recruitment, tools, or management flow.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills for technical and business concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and solution development ability.
