Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Manage design and construction for complex, mission-critical projects. Oversee internal teams, consultants, client coordination, QA/QC, and field support.
- Financial Ownership : Monitor project budgets, track profitability, and manage billing, change orders, and risk mitigation.
- Client Engagement : Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
- Team Support : Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering staff, delegating tasks and ensuring cross-discipline alignment.
- Execution Excellence : Lead testing, turnover, and closeout phases with detail and precision.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline
- 8+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years in a project management role
- Deep expertise in mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, energy)
- Strong knowledge of MEP/FP/FA systems and construction administration
- Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Procore, Revit/AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Forward-thinking mindset and openness to using AI and automation tools
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 15%
