We are seeking a qualified candidate for a hybrid role that blends in-person collaboration at our office with some flexibility of remote work. The Social Media Manager will lead the central coordination of all social efforts, ensuring brand consistency, strategic storytelling, and alignment with company goals. This position will serve as the liaison between local community content creators, regional social specialists, and the central marketing team. Responsibilities: Content Pipeline & Publishing Own the content calendar & social campaign creation across all Signature Homes social channels. Collect, organize, and edit content from regional social specialists (Birmingham + Nashville), the Graphic Designer, and community Sales Agents. Write engaging captions and schedule posts with brand voice and audience optimization in mind. Work with the Marketing Director to ensure timely promotion of key campaigns and product launches. Coordinate collaborative post campaigns with influencers, brands, and Sales Agents. Run targeted ad campaigns. Team Leadership & Collaboration Provide a clear direction and feedback to regional social media specialists and support staff. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer, the Activities Coordinator, and Sales Agents to align visuals and messaging. Guide community Sales Agents on effective social storytelling techniques and tools. Analytics & Optimization Track performance of posts, campaigns, and ads using native analytics and third-party tools. Share regular reports and insights with the marketing team, recommending optimizations based on data. Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm shifts to maximize reach and engagement. Brand Stewardship Ensure all social content reflects the Signature Homes brand and visual identity across platforms and communities. Uphold consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across markets and accounts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Journalism preferred 3–5 years of social media experience, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Proven experience managing a content pipeline across multiple contributors. Comfortable editing short-form video, writing copy, and managing daily publishing schedules. Experience running targeted ad campaigns.
