Senior RF Engineer – Job Description
Design and simulate RF front-end systems alongside system architects and engineers.
Design and test RF/microwave circuits, PCBs, and production hardware.
Analyze radio performance at microwave frequencies.
Develop automated test procedures using Python.
Support RF testing and validation in lab environments.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers on production testing.
Degree in Engineering with a focus on RF/microwave circuits or electromagnetic theory.
~Proficient with RF test equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, signal analyzers/generators).
~ Strong experience in characterizing radio performance.
~ Experience with Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for RF modeling and test scripting.
Test automation using Python and/or LabVIEW.
Knowledge of BER, system noise figure, and digital communications theory.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
Exposure to satellite communications and phased array systems.
