Job Title : Designer (2D/3D Equipment & layout Design)
Education: Mechanical / Electromechanical Technician
Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer to join our team, with a strong focus on 2D and 3D design for equipment implementation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both SolidWorks and other design software to create accurate technical drawings, 3D models, and visual designs for various equipment and product implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create 2D and 3D drawings for the design and implementation of equipment, ensuring all specifications and technical requirements are met.
Use SolidWorks to develop precise 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings for equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and the project team to translate concepts into detailed design plans.
Develop and update visual assets for equipment layouts, installation diagrams, and project documentation.
Ensure designs are optimized for functionality, manufacturability, and ease of implementation.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualifications : Proven experience as a Designer, with expertise in both 2D and 3D design.
Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, technical drawings, and equipment design.
Experience creating detailed 2D CAD drawings for equipment layouts and installations.
Strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D design work, particularly for equipment or product design.
Familiarity with other design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or Revit is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and clients.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve design issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain designs effectively.
Preferred Skills : Experience in designing for industrial or mechanical equipment implementation.
Knowledge of assembly processes and materials used in equipment construction.
Familiarity with prototyping tools and 3D printing technologies.
