The position is being submitted as part of a response to a Request for Proposal (RFP). Employment is contingent upon contract award. If awarded, the expected period of performance will be July 2025 through June 2028.
Position: Senior Full-Stack Web Developer (Microsoft Stack)
Worksite: On-site, Sacramento, CA
Work Schedule: Standard business hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Microsoft technologies
- Lead the implementation and operation of Sitecore CMS in an enterprise environment
- Create and maintain interactive front-end experiences using Blazor or Silverlight
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Write secure, well-structured, and maintainable code using .NET, ASP.NET, and C#
- Participate in Agile planning, technical design reviews, and code reviews
- Ensure software performance, scalability, and reliability meet business and security requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET)
- 3+ years of experience with Silverlight or Blazor
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore implementations and operations
- Sitecore Certified Developer credential
- Proven experience integrating Microsoft components and building enterprise web applications
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft development ecosystem and its associated tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on government or public-sector projects
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps integration
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
