Help drive part of our largest cloud migration encompassing an entire estate of 50K+ data products and 5K+ analysts from legacy on-premises platforms to our newly built data platforms on AWS cloud and SnowflakeAs a Data Visualization Manager in Consumer & Community Banking's Data & Analytics (D&A) program management group, you'll help ensure the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that enable attainment of business goals across the firm with your initial focus on our migration of analyst users, applications, and datasets from on-premises to cloud-based platforms.Job responsibilitiesLead the design, development, testing and implementation of data visualization projects to support business objectives.Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using tools such as TableauUnlock foundational insights to help define our data publisher and consumer migration strategyEnsure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data visualization and data management.Develop business focused dashboarding that enables analysts and data scientists to track progress and understand how the migration is impacting them.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data visualization and analytics.Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including senior management.Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and visualization tools.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SQL, developing and managing advanced BI dashboards involving data visualization, data-driven analysisStrong Tableau/Power BI dashboard design, development and server deployment knowledgeRobust Alteryx workflows development and server deployment knowledge.Experience writing complex SQL Queries for analyzing huge data sets.Strong understanding of testing methodologies and experience with test automation tools and frameworksFamiliarity with programming tools such as Python, R or SAS.Experience working in data transformation & cloud migration projects.Solution-oriented problem solver with strong collaboration skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsKnowledge of Jira and Agile practicesPMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Master’s degree in a technical field.Applicable cloud computing certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
