Job Description
The Customer Excellence Group at ServiceNow collaborates with clients to achieve their business goals through prescriptive guidance, driving adoption and satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform.
The Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist, is a technical expert responsible for designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, leveraging extensive programming skills and best practices to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving using AI-powered tools and automation.
- Develop and report on platform development strategies.
- Design solutions based on client requirements and coordinate with development teams.
- Implement ServiceNow AI features such as Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, and Generative AI.
- Provide SME support for complex AI-related issues.
- Optimize data configurations and system architecture for scalability and efficiency.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and advise on system errors and architecture.
- Offer advisory services on design principles and development practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with complex integration technologies.
- Proven ability to influence and consult in diverse customer environments.
- At least 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications and a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with AI models, including Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI offerings and platform development tools.
- Strong programming skills, especially in JavaScript.
- Experience with enterprise technologies like LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
