Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow UI Developer to join our team in Mountain View, CA. In this role, you will design and develop intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform, enhancing user experience and streamlining business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow UI Development: Design and develop custom ServiceNow portals and interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, and Seismic Framework.
- Frontend Technologies: Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or VueJS to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Scripting & Automation: Write and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions to automate processes and enhance functionality.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of UI components.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on UI development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS).
- ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, and Seismic Framework.
- Scripting: Experience in writing client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integration: Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
