We are looking for new talent to add to our growing team and are currently hiring an additional Web Developer.
We are looking for a team player that can serve as a Web Developer in a SharePoint environment currently operating in SharePoint 2016 and undergoing migration to SharePoint Online (SPO). This candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with the team and client in a friendly/patient manner on a day-to-day basis. While teamwork is key, the candidate should be a self-starter that is able to work independently. Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform is highly desirable.
This role is remote.

Responsibilities
The Web Developer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as an expert advisor to the customer in all aspects of SharePoint (administration, configuration, best practices) and recommend technical solutions based on subject matter expertise Support multiple sets of customer requirements through Scrum and/or Kanban Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code Work with the team and stakeholders to develop the site concept, interface design, implementation, and architecture of the website Modernize and automate business processes using SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools Train client personnel in SharePoint skills as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required 3+ years of development and integration experience in SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online (SPO) Strong troubleshooting skills in SharePoint Online and hybrid configurations Expert with SharePoint components including site templates, wiki pages, content types, and custom workflows Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) preferred Must be knowledgeable in SharePoint CSOM, customizing master pages, page layouts, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery Must be well-versed in SharePoint Designer and/or Power Automate workflows Strong working knowledge of navigation and site design (UI/UX) Self-starter with excellent communication, facilitation, and time management skills Must be willing to collaborate with co-workers and share knowledge across the team Ability to estimate level of effort (LOE) and deliver accordingly
Desired
Microsoft 365 certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform preferred Understanding of migration strategies to SharePoint Online including use of migration tools and re-platforming of custom components Experience deploying SPFx web parts and Microsoft Lists in SharePoint Online Experience with Visual Studio PowerShell scripting
Clearance Requirements
US Citizenship is required as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
