This role involves supporting the planning and execution of various rapid research methodologies including usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and participatory design. The ideal candidate will work closely with our UX research manager and other stakeholders to conduct research, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and coordinating user research activities. Conduct cross-cultural UX research to analyze user behaviors, preferences, and accessibility needs across diverse global markets, ensuring culturally inclusive design solutions. Design and execute multilingual surveys and international usability studies, leveraging insights to optimize product experiences for users from different regions and cultural backgrounds. Administering interviews and taking notes during sessions. Analyzing qualitative data and communicating findings to the team. Must-Have Skills: Strong foundation in UX research methods. Experience in Internationalization (i18n) or Cross-cultural surveying. Excellent communication and data analysis skills. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
