Our tight-knit team at AlphaGraphics - US805 is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Graphic Designer to join us full-time. The CSR is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Daily Tasks:

• Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
• Convey our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to customers.
• Educate our community and customers externally.
• Communicate customer requirements to support teams per company policies.
• Interact with customers via telephone or in person to provide information, take orders, cancel accounts, or handle complaints.
• Determine charges, collect deposits or payments, and arrange billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions and suggesting products and services.

Customer Service Role Qualifications:

• Experience with customer needs assessments, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating satisfaction.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to help people continuously.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate solutions and approaches.

Graphic Designer Daily Tasks:

• Collaborate with departments to understand their graphic needs.
• Create innovative ideas and concepts for marketing materials such as posters, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, bookmarks, website graphics, etc.
• Proofread to ensure high-quality, accurate work.
• Manage inventory of materials and recommend new equipment or software.
• Assist with social media, large-scale library events, and community participation as needed.

Graphic Designer Role Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience designing and laying out marketing materials.
• Open-minded and flexible team player.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites and/or CorelDraw.
• Creative, flexible, and capable of producing original designs.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling rules.
