Prime Video SEA/MENA is seeking a Business Analyst to drive customer insights and support marketing and product experimentation. As a Business Analyst, you will generate insights that support Prime Video SEA/MENA's content acquisition, programming, and marketing lines of business and will support any experimentation needed to better understand the effectiveness of operational programs.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and large data sets. They will have strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. They will have strong SQL skills, experience building visual dashboards, and the ability to clearly communicate information to business stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

• Take complex datasets and develop actionable data visualizations.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, metrics, reports, and analyses to inform business decisions.
• Create scalable, efficient, and automated data processes.
• Develop new metrics and studies to understand customer behavior and reduce churn.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate marketing and product changes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or related analytical fields
• 5+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience defining requirements and deriving insights from data
• Experience influencing stakeholders and making business recommendations
