We are looking for talented engineers who take pride in both the technical and business contribution of their work. You will have the opportunity to impact our systems, business, and most importantly, our customers. As part of our team, you will work closely with the business to design and implement new features, contributing to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, testing, and operations. You will own all aspects of solutions end-to-end, pushing your design and architecture limits.

Key job responsibilities

As an engineer in a relatively new team, you will work on challenging problems in low latency/high throughput domains of dynamic ad insertion for Live Sports and Video on Demand.

Our architecture handles high TPS (in millions) with high reliability and low operational overhead. The systems you design will be central to video delivery worldwide, leveraging AWS technologies like CloudFront, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and internal AWS incubator tech.

About The Team

The team designs large-scale systems to power live and VoD streams with ads, viewed by a massive audience daily, aiming to elevate the customer streaming experience.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years in system design or architecture (patterns, reliability, scaling)
• Experience programming with at least one software language

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, testing, and operations
