By streamlining data exploration, SpektrBot enhances decision-making for teams such as Finance, Product Management, and Sales, reducing time spent on reports and dashboards. As a Software Engineer at SpektrBot, you will play a key role in shaping our AI-backed chat assistant to streamline access to Ads data and insights for business users. You will drive innovation and facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge Generative AI technologies within the advertising space. Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and improve machine learning models powering SpektrBot, focusing on answer accuracy, relevance, and user trust. Experiment with Generative AI techniques—including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and metadata refinement—to enhance response quality and reduce hallucinations. Architect and implement scalable, low-latency inference pipelines for real-time, production-grade GenAI applications. Manage end-to-end execution of ML solutions to ensure quality, performance, reliability, and meaningful business insights. Collaborate with Scientists, Finance, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Sales Leaders to translate complex business needs into ML solutions. Promote rapid iteration and experimentation to continuously improve SpektrBot and other analytics tools. Mentor junior engineers in ML and GenAI best practices, code quality, system design, and debugging throughout the software development lifecycle. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship) Proficiency in at least one programming language Experience in designing or architecting systems (patterns, reliability, scaling) Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models at scale, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
