We are looking for a developer-focused Product Marketing Manager to define and execute go-to-market strategies for our API, SDK, and developer tools. This role involves collaborating across teams to ensure successful adoption and understanding of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Developer Insights:
- Conduct research and community listening to understand developer needs.
- Analyze market trends and feedback to inform product roadmap.
- Represent the developer voice in product planning.
- Develop messaging for different technical audiences.
- Go-to-Market Planning & Execution:
- Create GTM plans for product launches and updates.
- Develop marketing collateral including sales materials, blogs, videos, and web content.
- Manage developer messaging across channels.
- Coordinate launch activities across teams.
- Enablement & Community Engagement:
- Partner with sales and solutions teams to engage the developer community.
- Establish feedback channels via GitHub and surveys.
- Highlight success stories and technical references.
- Drive adoption through targeted outreach and onboarding.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and research teams.
- Align stakeholders with product vision.
- Support testing programs and gather feedback.
- Develop case studies and research initiatives.
- Success Metrics:
- API/SDK adoption and usage.
- Engagement with documentation and GitHub activity.
- Developer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS).
- Content quality and impact.
- Input into product roadmap based on developer insights.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in marketing or related experience.
- Data-driven decision making skills.
- Experience communicating with leadership.
- Proven success in launching cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience with consumer software/hardware GTM strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL or analytical tools.
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeting.
