Description
Senior Designer
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to develop, test, and bring to life fresh, innovative concepts—seeing projects through from idea to execution with strong design and storytelling.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange information related to projects Partner with account and strategy teams to design and deliver effective campaigns Take responsibility and full accountability for the ideation and creative execution of breakthrough work Oversee end-to-end delivery of the creative process—actively participate in creative briefings, develop and execute creative concepts (both independently and with the team), determine solutions or alternatives when necessary Mentor junior designers
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience with art direction, ad strategy and creation, or UI/UX Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Advertising, or a related design field Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and how they are used in marketing Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as both a team player and a leader
