Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall presentation of the showroom
- Implement floor set changes, including new and discontinued items
- Oversee inventory to prevent overages and shortages
- Foster an energetic, positive work environment
- Listen to customer needs and offer suitable options
Qualifications
- Strong sense of style and ability to create visually appealing displays
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on service
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills
