ROLE SUMMARY: Reporting to the Head of the Brand, the Director of Communications – NUTRL will develop and execute communication strategies that enhance NUTRL’s image and engage its target audience. This includes overseeing internal and external communications, collaborating with stakeholders, leading content creation, reviewing social media posts and activations, and managing agency relationships for timely content delivery. The candidate should excel in cross-functional collaboration, guiding creative work across social, earned, digital, OOH, TV, and trade channels, supporting national and local partnerships with strategic insights. A passion for bold marketing and compelling storytelling is essential. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Passionate Communication:
Demonstrate a passion for creative messaging and embrace innovative approaches, utilizing product and category knowledge to craft authentic consumer messages.
Creative Thinker:
Generate impactful ideas for brand stories and campaigns.

Leverage online channels to boost brand awareness and purchase intent with compelling content, with strong social media expertise.

Use cultural moments to increase relevance and engagement, translating business goals into positive narratives.

Connect messages with consumer empathy, aligning strategies with business objectives to drive engagement and sales.
Collaborative Leadership:

Lead the creation and execution of large-scale integrated campaigns.

Agency Collaboration:
Manage agency relationships for campaign planning and execution.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years of experience in communications, PR, creative agency, or brand management.
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in communications, journalism, literature, or related fields.
Proven success in impactful campaigns and earned media coverage.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and insights-driven strategies.
Enthusiasm for dynamic environments.
Strong collaborative skills across organizational levels.
Track record of implementing efficient routines and sustainable change.
