About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Writer/Editor to support Client Relations by addressing senior investor inquiries and concerns in written form. You will ensure firm compliance with regulations governing client complaints, creating clear, professional written responses. Your role will involve investigating and researching complaints, communicating decisions to clients, and assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear and compliant responses to client complaints and senior investor inquiries.
• Investigate and research operational complaints, ensuring accurate resolution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all written communication.
• Support operational tasks like settlement processing, privacy opt-out management, and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills with an attention to detail.
• Experience in handling written communications in a financial or corporate setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with client relations or financial operations is a plus.
