Our team powers real-time audio and video communication features such as Group FaceTime, FaceTime, Wi-Fi Calling, iPhone Mirroring, and Remote Desktop across all Apple platforms: iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS. Description We need an effective software engineer to design and implement automation using machine learning for efficient bug report screening and triaging. You'll work within the real-time audio and video framework team supporting Apple's communication software like Group FaceTime. Responsibilities include initial bug investigation, developing tools to automate and optimize triage, and maintaining internal applications to enhance media quality and develop new features. Minimum Qualifications Extensive experience with Python and/or JavaScript Experience developing automation software Ability to work independently on open-ended tasks Strong collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile development practices Skill in issue tracking and log analysis Knowledge of machine learning or data analytics Experience with TypeScript or React Proficiency in C, Objective-C, or C++ Pay & Benefits Base pay ranges from $115,700 to $204,000, depending on skills and experience.
