Managers maintain smaller portfolios in a supportive team environment to emphasize work/life balance. For example, we do not meet with clients after 6:30pm.

About the Role
Responsibilities include interacting with HOA Boards, homeowners, and vendors for several communities. Candidates must have experience with:
Responsibilities
- Responding to resident concerns
- Communicating via informational emails and website updates
- Monitoring homeowner compliance with HOA rules
- Soliciting bids and managing vendor contracts
- Monitoring community financials
- Creating community budgets
- Attending and facilitating Board and Community Meetings
- Providing suggestions for community enhancements to the Board
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HOA management experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Composure in stressful situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Vendor and contractor experience a plus
- Experience with CINC a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- CAI training and certifications a plus
Required Skills
Problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, stress management, communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, organization, professionalism.
Preferred Skills
Vendor and contractor experience, CINC familiarity, CAI certifications.
Compensation
Salaries start at $50,000, depending on experience.
