Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fourteen Foods

NOTE: This position will be on-site at our corporate headquarters in Franklin, TN.

Position Summary: The Senior Graphic Designer exemplifies Fourteen Foods mission and values and dedication to integrity through servant leadership. The Design position balances innovation and branding to create compelling marketing, advertising, and general communication deliverables. Providing creative support to both the Fourteen Foods brand and our 250+ DQ locations, the position requires a keen eye for graphic style, structure, and overall brand guidelines. Fourteen Foods is also developing a new restaurant concept, which will provide you an opportunity to be innovative, creative and use your design skills for something fresh and new!

Essential Functions:

• Create print collateral and store displays (e.g. POP, exterior store signage, etc.)
• Create recruitment tradeshow banners, exhibit materials, and supporting assets
• Create digital assets for display advertising, social media efforts, and other web-based needs
• Manage creative marketing assets and digital library
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders through all phases of the design process

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in print and/or digital design
• Expert in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Package design experience is a plus
• Restaurant, hospitality or retail design experience is a plus
