Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Audio/Visual and Broadcast Production Engineer to provide daily on-site support for A/V systems, live events, and production technology at our client’s Midtown Manhattan offices. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a polished, professional presence in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Broadcast Production:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex broadcast system issues (switchers, routers, robotic cameras, audio consoles, etc.).
• Design and execute production workflows based on event/show requirements.
• Provide hands-on support for live productions.
• AV Management:
• Configure and support Crestron systems, Dante networks, and QSYS audio distribution.
• Maintain AV equipment and infrastructure, including LED walls, signage systems, projection, and conferencing platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on hardware/software upgrades.
• Proficiency in reading AV system diagrams and supporting live corporate events.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast, Media, AV Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in AV engineering or broadcast production roles.
• Technical certifications such as CTS, Crestron, Dante, and QSYS highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of systems such as Lightware, Barco, Ross Video, QSC, Cisco.

Compensation: $80,000 - 100,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
