• Deep visioning and narrative creation skills
• Critical thinking and brainstorming abilities

• Experience leading teams and mentoring design talent
• Ownership of visual design processes for you and your team
• Project scope estimation and management
• Experience with client consultancy and business strategy
• Public speaking and pitch delivery skills

Desirable Skills

• Advanced knowledge of component-based design and development
• Prototyping with code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React Native, etc.)
• Designing for emerging experiences like natural language processing and augmented reality
