As the Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Communication for the Open Education Resources division, you will develop and execute strategies for stakeholder engagement, oversee the OER Advisory Board, and manage communication efforts to ensure alignment with agency goals. You will work with a team of content experts and project managers to develop high-quality instructional materials supporting Texas students. Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies. Manage stakeholder review groups and advisory boards. Oversee internal and external communication efforts. Support project management activities within the team. Lead and develop a team of 3 staff members. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Project Management, Business, Policy, or related field. At least six (6) years of experience in strategy, program implementation, communications, education, or related fields. Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Additional Requirements :
Belief in the potential of all Texas students. Certification as a Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) within six months of employment. Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Agile mindset and willingness to perform additional activities as needed. Full-time, based in Texas with flexible work location options. Salary range: $200,000 - $240,000. Note :
